Pitru Paksha Pettara Amavasya

Pitru Paksha, also known as Pitri Paksha or Mahalaya Paksha, is a period of fifteen days in the Hindu lunar month of the Bhadrapada (September-October) dedicated to honoring and paying homage to one's ancestors.
The Pithru Paksha PetharaAmaavasa, or Amavasya, is the New Moon day within this period. On this day, rituals and offerings are performed to remember and express gratitude to deceased ancestors.
Devotees offer food, water, and prayers to their departed ancestors, seeking their blessings and guidance. It is believed that performing these rituals during Pithru Paksha brings peace to the souls of ancestors and bestows their blessings on the living.
It is a time for reflection, remembrance, and seeking ancestral blessings.

Samvatsarikam

Samvatsarikam refers to the annual or yearly cycle in Hindu calendar systems. It represents the completion of one year and the beginning of a new year.
Samvatsarikam is a significant concept in Vedic astrology and traditional Hindu festivals. It marks the completion of the cycle of seasons and celestial movements. Taddinam
